The Meditation Center of Alabama (MCA) teaches the Dhammakaya or Middle Way Meditation method. Headquarters of the Dhammakaya Foundation are located at the Dhammakaya Temple in Pathum Thani, Thailand. We teach meditation and wisdom based on the Buddhist Sutras.
We are a Non-profit network for meditation. Empowering a life of openness, empathy and clarity with a strong foundation of mindfulness meditation. We offer group Meditation sessions weekly followed by a donation based dinner to encourage fellowship and compassion for your fellow meditators. Retreats are also offered and posted for a deeper connection to one's self. We hope to lead any who desire to learn through Dharma talks, sharing, classes and any other opportunities available.
