We are a farm to table direct to consumer operation. Livestock are born and raised in the foothill of Baldy Mountain, Wasilla Alaska. We take pride in the daily health and happiness of our animals. Our 280-acre farm offers extensive pastures and woodland, dramatic elevation changes and mountain creeks. The setting is stunning and we think our animals enjoy the property as much as we do!
Beef are processed once a year beginning mid October through late November. Pork is twice a year in March and October. In order to ensure availability, we recommend reserving early; beef deposit open in December and pork will open in October for Spring ready and April for Fall ready.
